      Well I financed my vehicle back in may and in November it stopped working so I towed it to *********** they put it on a testing machine they called and said the timing chain was bad. I called car and credit to let them know what happened and the only thing they said was we will see what we can do but your warranty is up ok dec tech told me it would cost me ******* to fix I called the dealership back and they told me there is nothing they can do and the mechanic at dex tech explained that it was a problem before they put me in the vehicle and Ive bought several cars from them before and never had this happen

      i filed bankruptcy earlier this year to clear my past and to better my future. In July after my discharge from bankruptcy i went to **************************** to purchase a car. I ended up getting a Saturn Vue & 3 days after my purchase i noticed that the frame was bad. i took it back to them because it wasn't safe to drive & they took it back saying i was free & clear of it. I ended up getting a 2012 ****** versa. Unfortunately, with my bad luck i hit a deer on September 18th driving up north for my honeymoon. I filed the insurance claim & it turned out to be totaled. i have full coverage insurance & this company won't even fax or email any paperwork to my insurance. they say it had to be mailed per company ************* wont give me any copies personally. my insurance (state farm) said they have never seen a dealer mail in the papers. i still to this day don't know if they even mailed the stuff out to the insurance company. the reason for this complaint is i went to try to get into a used car today October 3rd at ********************* in *******, just to find out when they pulled my credit, it was still showing the Saturn Vue. They never cleared it the way they said they would. my credit is now showing two open loans and i only have my now totaled car. My credit is showing i'm paying over 800 a month in auto loans. because of that my credit is horrible even after ************** wasn't able too purchase even a used car yet because of it. this company will also call u at least 3 times by 2 pm on the day your payment is due asking for your payment even if your never late. & every time they tell u they are gonna repossess your car. & tell u they don't care if u gotta put your money on one of their cards to pay it. i would just like this taken care of so i can be done with their wrongful ways & build my credit again which is why i filed in the first place. The majority of their cars shouldn't be driven because of bad frames. i hope u can help with this and thank you for your time.

      I purchase my 3rd vehicle from Car and Credit in August of 2022. I have made 2 payments on this vehicle and it has broke down 11 times. Leaving me (a nurse, single mom, and a woman) stranded on the roadside in the early mornings or late at night. It broke down 4 times before I made the 1st payment. When I call the dealership to have them fix the car they are extremely rude, condescending and berate me for wanting the car fixed. I have missed work and have lost just over ***** dollars in pay because of this. I mention to the manager, that I dont feel safe in this vehicle any longer can I do a straight up trade for another vehicle on the lot. He yells at me and tells me that Im not going to tell him what he is going to do. Later in the day they bring me the vehicle I traded in to drive. I tried to get ahold of ************************* the actual owner to discuss my safety concerns but was called back by the manager **** and berated again with they are doing everything they can for me and that if I dont stop that I will be left with an unsafe vehicle. I explained to **** that the safety and reliability of this car matter a great deal to me because I was a victim of a road rage incident a year prior to this that left me with a traumatic brain injury. He didnt care about any of that and told me that I wouldnt be receiving a call from *************************** because he doesnt talk to customers. I explained to **** that I just wanted a different vehicle at this point because I didnt feel safe. That Im not going to get stuck with this car that is unreliable. He told me they had to fix the car. This will be the 3rd time.
