    Very professional. They take all the measures to make things safe when people are shopping there. I like that they dont sell things ahead of time, like over the phone. If its in the pictures itll be there the first day of the sale. The staff is courteous, friendly, even when they are swamped. I had them do our moms estate sale and was very pleased. We sold about 25% more in sales than expected. The owner is very knowledgeable and nice.

    Worst company ever. I asked for a specific item , owner told me I had to come to the sale. Take off from work and was 4th in line - go inside and ask where item is. She tells me she sold it prior to the sale date after telling me to come to the sale to get it because they dont sell early: well , clearly they sold early and dont care about their customers. Item I wanted was in their photos for the sale - dont have it listed in your sale if its not going to be there and tell me before hand that you sold it so I dont waste my time. I will never give them my money every again - hire another company.. a more respectful one.
