    Terrible customer service. They will accuse you of stealing then not apologize or offer to help load the heavier items. They also won't follow up with any complaints.

    This store gives the impression of NOT caring about handicapped customers who need a closer and wider parking spot, or need to use an electronic cart to get through the store. Today I stopped in for cleaner, the kind I want is the best price at HD, sadly they opted to put the SHED DISPLAYS RIGHT OVER TOP OF THE HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS!! The manager didn't think it was an issue , knew the company did that and DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL THEM TO MOVE IT! They have PLENTY OF SPACES for PROs to park and those who come in with trailers for LARGE item orders. But NOT handicapped spaces. NOR do they care to have more than 3 electronic carts for those of us to use. I have contacted the store before about this and still nothing has changed. I think the **** attitude of the managers is what is the worst
