    came out in august to give me a quote on building a gazabo at my new home asked for ********* to do job needed payment in full issued him a check in his own name *********************************. Sched appt, found out he had 7 pending lawsuits on him and all customers never received the work done. I called him out on it and asked for him to return money whick he sent a money order in amount of *******.it is now December and he will not return the rest of my money.work was never done and no contract signed,i feel this business is a scam and he took money away from me and many other customers. i also feel he does not even have a legit business licsence.. Want to make sure he cant do this to other people especailly us old people.
