    Great service and quality products. Highly recommended! Jessica went above and beyond. After losing my dog of 14 years I wanted a piece of jewelry to hold his ashes. I ordered a necklace and it turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined!

    I had ordered cremation jewelry from her. A ring in July 2022 which I loved, so I ordered jewelry for my ************************** necklace arrived broken & the other broke within a week.She offered to repair the 1 because she wasn't aware yet the 2nd had broken. She had to be persuaded to pay the shipping **************** she got the orders wrong & insisted they were ordered over a year ago. They were ordered in December 2022.The she went on about how she hasn't had any other *************** must have been her new employee.I am concerned about the quality of these pieces & requested a refund. I understand her policy because it's custom made & contains a persons ashes.Neither me or my daughter have received the repaired *********** has really shown no empathy about the actual incident & what the meaning of the jewelry has. She has stopped answering emails as well.I would like to file a complaint & have my $ refunded for the 2 necklaces.Totalling $103 ( not including original shipping costs )
