  We Had Hard top Paving do our driveway last fall, we have had some issues with it and called to have them come take a look. the wife answered on the first time and said they would call us back when they started again for the spring. we waited a month and had yet to hear from them, we have since contacted them with four voicemails and an email with yet to hear back from them. they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I DO NOT recommend them as they say they a life time warranty on their work but they will not respond when you have issues with their shotty work. If they answered maybe we wouldnt have to leave a bad review.

  Local family owned company that pays attention to detail from site inspection to customer guidance, excavation and ********************** of new asphalt. Driveway crack fill and seal coating is better than competition. They take their time, dont cut corners and are thorough. Highly recommend HTP. Competence, honest, integrity and professional is the best summary which is A+ Excellent.

  Very bad experience with this company, contacted them to replace a asphalt driveway last year. Ended up being overcharged, The work was not done right they were problems with the driveway. Tried to reach out to them to come back and do repairs, have been getting the runaround for a year now, supposedly they offered a 5-year warranty that's a joke I would stay far away from this company if I were you you'll thank me later

  They did a great job and despite encountering several setbacks they never complained or made excuses (or raised their price despite the extra effort incurred) . They were professional, prompt, and friendly. We are very happy with the finished product.

  This company is unprofessional in conduct and quality of work. They were hired to pave a commercial lot in which they guaranteed is that we would be satisfied. First trying to scam us out of more money upon receiving their deposit (per the contract). The owners quality of work is horrid, subpar, cheap quality and less than 6 inches of asphalt He tried to come back a fill the unleveled parts with a different grade of asphalt. He came to my JOB demanding final payment BEFORE the final inspection and was forced off of private property for ****************. He failed the city inspection and we have been waiting for close to 60 days to correct the issues the city documented them to complete the job per their acceptance and our satisfaction.The owner is very combative, argumentative, rude, disrespectful to women and refuse to take accountability for his actions. A complete fraud! I wish that I could give them ZERO stars because they are the worst. Angies List recommended them. This was the worst recommendation that could have given to us. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with the incompetent company.

  I signed a contract with High Top Paving to install a new asphalt driveway. After installation, I had concerns about the quality of work. The owner inspected the installation and suggested a seal coat and overlay of asphalt would fix a new driveway problem. After rain it became apparent the seal coat would not fix the issues. A patch job was not what I paid for. I decided to contact someone to inspect the driveway. It was determined by the inspector, the driveway would have to be removed and re-done. Some issues were, but not limited to: drainage (standing water), thickness of asphalt, grade, trip hazards, boot prints throughout asphalt, and breakdown of asphalt after 2 wks. As far as thickness, the owner wanted to drill holes to prove he installed 3 of asphalt. After waiting for him to do so, I did it myself and found only 1 of asphalt (signed contract clearly states 3 to be installed). I had the driveway removed and re-done correctly by another contractor who proved the thickness issues throughout the project, not just where core samples were taken. The owner ************************* refused to look at the thickness samples and told me to take him to court and try to collect any of the money I paid him. He is unprofessional, disrespectful (especially to women), rude, and refuses to listen to his customer. He is a scammer and a fraud. Do not do business with this company.
