    These people hire scam artist technicians that rip you off on the prices. They took advantage of my gullibility and charged me $480 to simply drill out a dead bolt lock and replace that and the handle lock. They lied to me about the estimated cost to drill out two locks, and charged me more for only drilling out one lock. It took them only 30 min for the entire job and they replaced it with a very basic Kwikset lock. They promised a 3-year warranty and did not provide that, nor did they give me the lockset specifications I requested. This job should have been worth no more than $150, including approx. $60-$80 for the actual hardware. They have refused to refund any money...I simply asked for a fair price, not a full refund. The technicians are given authority to charge whatever they want. This particular guy took advantage of my obvious wish for an instant solution and that I did not negotiate the price, thinking this is not how things work. Really bad judgment on my part, and beyond greedy and gouging on their part.
