      This company is running a scam. We contacted Whirlpool about our fridge not working and was told to contact Diamond Service as it was under warranty. Diamond came out and charged $175 to step in the door. The repairman was here for 10minutes and said he knew what the problem was, ordered the parts and Diamond would contact us about someone coming to repair. After two weeks of scheduled and then cancelled appointments, Diamond shows up. The repairman says he cannot repair fridge, it is non-repairable. We will need to contact Whirlpool about a replacement. My issue is the first guy charged $175 for misdiagnosing the issue and wasting over 2 weeks of our time without a fridge, and charged $175 for that???? If the first guy knew what he was doing we could have ordered a replacement fridge and had it delivered by now.

      We purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator directly from Whirlpool. The power to our house shut off and when it came back on, our fridge wasnt working. We called KitchenAid to get it repaired. They set us to Diamond Factory Service for appointment. We confirmed our appointment yesterday (2/1/23) for today(2/2/23). This morning someone called us to tell us that they can not come today to fix our fridge. We have already waited for 2 weeks. 2 weeks with NO FRIDGE with children at home. The reasoning was the manager and the technician are out sick. NOT MY PROBLEM. WE CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT and my boyfriend took off work to get be there to meet the technician. Now we are expected to go at least another week without any fresh food and take off another day of work. ZERO STARS!

      We understand your frustration and we wish that employees would never get sick. Unfortunately, the reality is that employees will get sick from time to time and we do our best to manage it. If something were to open up before your appointment, we can certainly give you a call to move you up on the schedule.

      I understand people get sick. Im not a jerk. However, given the circumstances Id see if there were employees willing to work more overtime to make the customer happy. That is what we do at my business.

      I would leave zero stars if I could. This company has no respect and is inconsiderate. We bought a Whirlpool fridge from Lowes and it stopped working 5 months after the purchase. With this, a repair man came the following week when we called to make an appointment to inspect what the problem is. Apparently, the wiring harness and the control board needed to be replaced. After another 5 MONTHS the part finally came, constant calling to the company on updates for the part and when to get the fridge repaired. RIDICULOUS!! I couldnt use the fridge for 5 months!! GET THIS!!! The repair man finally came to fix the parts and now the water spout doesnt work. Another repair man came today, I believe his name was *****, and didnt fix the water spout and now says the motor is broken and THEN LEFT! WTH!! No solutions to fix it. Im fed up with this I havent had this fridge for a year and theres so many problems and this company isnt doing their job to resolve the issues! WITH THAT THE REPAIR PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS IN A HURRY TO LEAVE!! SO FRUSTRATED!! Especially since I put so much money into a fridge thats not reliable and have wasted energy and time with the staff of Diamond Factory Service!
