    On Dec. 2, I ordered a book for $4.25 + shipping from Ambis, DBA Lakeside Books. On Dec. 12, I had not heard anything from them about my order. I sent an inquiry, "Who is the shipper? What is the tracking #?" Lakeside/***** replied, "I have researched your order a little and it looks like it never loaded into our shipping manifest. I have someone looking into this issue to see what happened. I have canceled and refunded this order for you. I am very sorry for the inconvenience." No explanation for why they never informed me of the alleged "shipping manifest" problem until I inquired, or why they canceled my order instead of expediting it. No follow-up to me about "what (allegedly) happened." Amazon charges $7.99--almost double--for this book. I think $4.25 is not an actual price for which Lakeside intends to sell it. I think Lakeside never intended to send me this book. They hoped I wouldn't follow up and they could just keep what I paid for the book + shipping. For my inconvenience, I want Ambis to send me this book at no charge. I have attached 22 other complaints (1-star reviews out of 5) about shipping/fulfillment problems with Ambis at ************************************************

    Ordered a book and the company has yet to offer a tracking number or response after my reaching out for a second time. All I want is to be able to track my package.
