    I have had an issue with *********************** Cemetary in *******. I know I'm not the only one. I paid for my mothers urn plaque in August 2024 after passing away from ********** cancer. The urn already contains my father's ashes from 1997 who was a Vietnmam veteran who passed away from complications of ******************************. I have attempted to contact the cemetary for months for an answer of when the plaque will be completed in order to lay her to rest. My husband and brother have made multiple attempts as well. The standard response has been "let us look into this, and (insert name) will get back with you". I have attempted to call the corporate office as well with the same response. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company trying to get someone's attention. As a family we are very disappointed with such a historic and established business within our community. Based on reviews online we are not the only ones having problems. If you guys are able to shed some light on this we would be truly greatful.

    We have investigated these concerns and offer the following response: it does appear that there was a delay in ordering two scrolls for this customer, and we offer our sincere apologies for the delay. The order was placed on May 7, 2025, and the estimated delivery date is June 13, 2025. Because the customer has placed a stop payment order, however, payment will need to be presented before the scrolls may be released to the customer. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    I have contacted representative ******* of Roseland park cemetery about a granite bench headstone that I paid and purchased $13 thousand dollars for in April 2024 and I have never received any response after paying. I made payment for my sister (******* *****) funeral, burial, and headstone bench and I have never received the product after 8 months. I am still awaiting response from Roseland park cemetery and I am still waiting for the granite bench that I purchased. This business refuses to contact me when I reach out. I need to have granite bench headstone installed to her burial plot. This business has not delivered on their promises after my payment was made. I have tried and tried calling them but they dont return my calls nor messages. ******* is my account manager and she has ignored me

    To whom it may concern, I would like to lodge a complaint against the ********************** in *******. The issue concerns a grave marker for our mother that has been more than three years delayed. Our mother, ******************************** passed away and was buried on May 3, 2021. We paid in advance, three years ago for our mothers' grave marker which was to be just like our fathers' grave marker. The person representing the cemetery looked at our fathers' marker and ordered a marker to match for our mother. To date it has not been installed. We regret to say that our experiences with the cemetery representatives has been less than pleasant and we find them less than honest in their dealings with us thus far. When our mother passed away my sisters and I all shared equally in paying for the cemetery costs. There was a credit card mixup with one of my sisters' cards and a day or two before the burial they contacted her and said that our mother could not be buried unless the account was paid in full. What a thing to be told just days before our mother was to be put in the ground !! My sister cleared up the mixup with the credit card which was no fault of her own and we were able to continue the plans with the funeral home. Then there was the mixup with the *********************** in ******* who did a wonderful job, whereby the cemetery charged us for a vault when the funeral home had informed them that a vault was a part of the package my mother had purchased years ago. We contacted the cemetery and informed them of this and they agreed to refund us the cost of the vault. It was almost 6 months before we received that refund. They demanded and got their money up front before burying our mother and then proceeded to take their sweet time getting that refund back to us. We have had other problems with them as well but I think that you can see why we find dealing with them so distasteful and hope that you can do something to help us finally get a grave marker for our mothers' plot
