      Ferris State University has consistently acted in bad faith and defrauded me as a student and community college employee by intentionally being dishonest by not fulfilling legal and contractual obligations (with myself and ******************************************), misleading others (myself, the public, taxpayers, Ferris State staff including the registrars and ***************** entering into an agreement without the intention or means to fulfill it, and violating basic standards of honesty in dealing with others. Ferris State University fasified student records showing I only attended as a student for a several months when in fact I attended the entire duration of the program with nearly perfect attendance. Ferris has failed to return a Certificate of Education form with accurate record information instead it has incorrect dates of attendance. When the error was presented to the registrars office and Dr. ******* I was informed it would be corrected and returned. After multiple requests of the promised corrected document I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, Ferris State promised to correct my transcript to reflect my dissertation has been completed and to date it has corrected it. My degree was conferred upon graduation in 2018 yet my transcripts do not reflect it. Ferris has practiced records fraud and defrauded me and other students. Ferris discriminated against me - see attached.

      I never attended this school or took classes there. I also never received notice of any bills or open accounts.

      The complainant was enrolled in classes for Fall of 2022.  While she requested to withdraw from those classes on September 5th, 2022, she did so after the deadline for doing so without incurring charges for the courses.  That deadline was September 1, 2022.  The complainant can consider an appeal of the charges by following the process found here:  **************************************************************************; The steps under "Financial Appeals Due to Extenuating Circumstances" are likely the ones that are most applicable here.  I can be reached at *********************************** if you need additional information.  Thank you for your consideration and providing an opportunity to respond.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already submitted the form provided two weeks ago and they havent responded.  I should not be help responsible for classes I never attended nor recall signing up for. The amount of money this massive university is asking for is unbelievable for no services received, especially at a time when the country is in a student debt crisis. I am asking them again to clear the debt and remove the hit from my credit report. Thank you for your help.
