    In order to read one article, I had to sign up for an automatic subscription service. It said you could cancel anytime simply by calling the phone number on file. I called the number, and it asked for my account information. I gave it, then they put my on hold for a long time. It finally rang and someone answered the phone. They asked for my account information again. I gave it. They told me they had to put me on hold. After going through the endless loop a few times, I finally gave up. It's a scam. It will be much simpler to dispute charges through the credit card company than be caught in an endless loop.
