    Terrible communication between sales, financing, and customers. My family and I went on 02/25/24 to purchase an RV. We discussed our finances and where our credit was at. We were told we needed $5,000 down, told to get ************ so we are able to drive it off the lot, and set a time for pick up on Friday (02/28/24). We were sitting at the tables, told our salesman that we were currently getting ************ that he recommended and he didn't stop us. Bundling insurance (truck and auto) was cheaper so we canceled our current truck insurance to get both insured. We left here thinking Friday we were picking up an RV because we not only switched insurance but they took $5,000 out of my account and froze my card for a whole day. Next day (02/26/24) we get a call from finance department stating we can't have the rv, and we need to now find a co signer ????? at this point we are already invested in this rv so asked if they would take cash upfront for it. They said they had to discuss it and they would give us a call. Waited all day (02/26/24) with no phone call. Next morning (02/27/24) we called to see what was going on, they said they were busy and would have someone call us when they can. By late afternoon they finally called and they were waiting on the "big guys" decision still. We said we wanted a refund, and they told us a check will be mailed out to us and will arrive in 1-3 days. We asked if we could just pick up the check right in store. Same answer as everything else before, i will have to ask my boss. It's now Friday (02/28/24) morning still no call from them so we went to another RV place and bought an RV with cash. We called back here right around 1 pm Friday (02/28/24) asked them about the refund and they said that they agreed to take our cash price. We declined, we just want our refund at this point. Then they proceed to tell me that it would be electronically deposited into my bank in 1 to 2 days. It is now Monday 03/03/24 and no money.

    I purchased a 2005 class motor home from Camping World on 5/23/23. I put down 13k cash and financed the balance with Great River credit union. I have not received a the proper title work for me to obtain license plates. I talked to several people at camping world and they referred me to ***********. I expressed to Great River they should be more concerned than I with them being the lien holder. Case in point the matter is with Camping World and I was told on 3/28/24 that I would have it within 4-6 weeks from that time. I just spoke with CW today and there is no ETA on my paperwork. Im concerned with paying the large down payment and having made all my payments to Great ****************** for the last year. I want to hold the payments but dont want to damage my credit.

    I bought a brand new camper. When we did the 'walk through', we noticed a handful of things wrong. The employee wrote down all the things that needed fixed and told us to sign our walk through paper as long as we had told him everything that we wanted fixed. The camper was delivered, not only with none of those things fixed, but in worse condition than when we walked through it (Examples- exposed electrical, slide out not functioning properly, trim pieces hanging off, water leaks, main door will not close fully, doors inside camper won't close because they are too damaged, knife slice out of ceiling, buttons for use completely missing). Not only have been had minimal response from this company, the responses we have gotten have been no help. This is a complete scam and we deserve a full refund.
