  Do not believe this company when they claim to have a large database of people in their 60s. NOT TRUE. No local matchmakers, zero advertising to build database & completely ignore original interview attributes and toss you matches that are so far from being compatible that its just a way to charge connections against your contract. SO DEPRESSED AT THE WASTE OF MONEY. Would like to know others success at small claims court for breach of contract?

  I thought that paying a premium would bring more interest and opportunities than a dating site. They originally quoted $8,000 for 20 matches, I laughed VERY hard. We agreed to $2,000 for 8 matches, which I was still having a hard time with. The first woman was late to our date, talked non-stop about the guy she just dumped but is "in business with", and I had an immediate dislike for. Second date, we had absolutely nothing in common. She didn't golf (a must for me), didn't want to travel, didn't talk about much except her ex. I went back to Match.com, and am happy to say after some highs and lows I've met my love, my future. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT spend a lot of money here!

  after being pressured into paying for a premium program, I was promised that there was a huge backlog of people looking for people like me. I was matched with someone who had signed up the same day I had. We had absolutely nothing in common, and she was the ex-wife of one of my friends. The premium package gave me the opportunity to turn down a match if I wanted one, but they kept telling me this was going to be the greatest match of all time. After giving them this feedback and leaving over 100 messages for them I literally never heard back from their ownership **************** looked over everything and refunded the entire $8000 Using the Better Business Bureau as one of their indicators for the fact that this place is a fraud and a scam. today today I received a letter from a collection agency, and I will be suing them for damages. Since everyone I have read about here has one in small claims court against them. I think it would be stupid of them to try and collect any money from me. I had to block the person they introduced me to because they kept calling over and over and over This is not a legitimate business

  Not worth the money and time you invest with Michigan Introductions. I would give them ZERO Stars. My 1st match was good; however nothing came out of it. After that...all my remaining matches were a total miss match. I felt like the matchmakers do not look beyond what the "system" generates in terms of matches. I told them what qualities I was seeking & the ones that I didn't want. You're asked to provide feedback on every match - yet, I felt that was totally being ignored. All my matches equated to just 1 meeting for coffee. I was very disappointed in my so-called matches. Also, my 2nd to last match - never contacted me at all - no text or phone call. Yet, it was considered a match. I felt that I was matched to a "ghost - I was "ghosted". That match was only system generated (on paper) & SHOULD NOT BE COUNTED as a match. My final match was the ***** OPPOSITE & my matchmaker *****LY disregarded my ******************** that I was seeking. It was a disservice to both of us.Bottom-line, I believe that Michigan Introductions is a scam - they mislead you to believe that there are many "qualified" clients to be matched with; but in reality they don't have the right candidate pool. Also, the matchmakers are not doing their true due diligence with their clients. You frequently get switched from one matchmaker to another; just when to start to connect with your matchmaker you get moved to a new. Then, you have to start the **************** again. Very disruptive and hurts the chances of possibly getting a decent match.Its very hard to never get a hold of someone + your matchmaker. My matchmakers dont even live in the state I reside. So, theyre clueless in terms of demographics and city incomes. Its way far cheaper to go online for dating; plus you have much more selection to pick from - PLUS you're doing the selection based on your criteria.I feel that they did not provide me the service I paid for - therefore, I should get a refund.

Also, our matchmaking team went above and beyond by providing you with 5 more introductions that you did not pay for. Furthermore, we presented multiple match options that you declined. We will attempt to reach out to you to resolve your concerns, but the initial agreement you entered into has expired. We wish you the very best of luck in your dating journey.

  This organization misled me and promised a bunch of ladys are waiting to connect with a person like me. I got one referral who never answered the call or called back. I am now being collected on by an aggressive collection agency for $2400. All they did was interviewed me to justify collecting through an agency. Not honest and will do anything as long as they get paid, this is not what your looking for, I am sure of that.....

  We matched ************** with a second lady the next week after he informed us that his first match had not returned his call. We sent multiple emails, text messages and made number phone calls to ************** but he did not respond to any of our messages. He failed to make his scheduled payment as well and was eventually turned over to a collection agency. This would have been avoided if ************** had returned any of our multiple messages to him.
