    This started at the end of October with us receiving letters that our house was getting foreclosed on because of nonpayment of hoa fees. We paid them $7,450.00 in less than 30 days because we were told our house was being sold. I did not agree to the charges but I had no choice to pay because I was scared my house as being foreclosed on. They have not provided any documentation since the payment has been paid and I have emailed and called multiple times. I do not believe the payment amount was fair and I was bullied into making the payments.

    I had a lien placed on my property in 2018 with this company. The debt was resolved but they didnt file a lien release. I have contacted them 3 times by phone and email. They keep telling me they are sending it to their legal department and no one responds back. They wont connect me directly with their legal department. I need the lien released.

    On August 24, 2022, I attempted to get a updated account statement of my homeowners association dues from Associa *************************************. I was advised to contact Equity Expert. Unbeknownst to me after being in contact with the management company since March/2022. I was devastated. As I explained to the management company, I have been impacted by covid and going through financial hardship. I'm getting assistance from the ***** Homeowners Relief program who will be paying my ***************. Meanwhile, I have attempted to contact Equity Expert on several occasions, but all I get is the voice mail is full. I have made all attempts to contact Equity Expert with no luck.
