1 starThe company charged $321 to replace a capacitor in my A/C unit. I called and asked to speak to the service manager so I could get a breakdown of the cost of the part and the cost of the labor. The "manager" told me that they don't do that. They just roll it into one charge; that they don't let you know what the part cost; that it's just not what their company does. On top of that they changed $135 just to come out-- their "trip charge." A total of $456.00 for a 20 minute visit. By the way, when I made the appointment I was told that the $135 trip charge would go toward what I owed. The "manager" denied that.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Go with a "mom and pop" group instead.Review fromKevin R

Absolutely horrendous! ******* us on for a week, stating job would be no problem. Missed 2 appt times, finally showed up, forcing us to take another day off work. **** was terrible with communication, had to call him daily for a week to get even BS responses on when theyd show up. They finally show up and say their schedule wouldnt allow them to do the job. So here we are a week later, and they refuse to do the work now. Horrible company, horrible service.
