      I wanted to outline my experience with ************ (with Blank Family Communities). There are always naysayers (we can't make everyone happy, all the time) and I can only talk about my personal experience, but my interactions with this company were honestly pretty stellar. I'm a real person who worked with ************ at Blank and not only was he professional, courteous and timely but when I had some hiccups (on my side) he was always right alongside me through those hiccups, navigating through them with solid follow through and solutions. He was also humorous and engaging, with a great personal touch. I felt like he understood my concerns, quickly tackled any issues that came up and stayed invested and focused on a 'win' for my situation. At one point (when I was stressing about paperwork stuff) he said, "you actually being happy with your home at the end of this process is more important to me than any paperwork logistics" (actual quote from him). That meant a lot. One thing I have to mention is that he kept in solid contact with me the whole time, even though I happened to be out of state working through the process, and **** never let the ball drop on me. That definitely made the whole process feel smoother and much less stressful. So the update is now I'm moving into my new home soon and cannot be more excited. If you're looking into purchasing a new home and want an actual GOOD experience, I recommend ************ with BFC, they have him working for them, and so they have MY vote. Thank you, ****, for all your help with my new purchase :)

      THIS COMPANY PURCHASED THE MOBILE HOME PARK WHERE WE LIVE IN ******* **. OUR RENT PRICE WENT UP PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE FOR GRASS CUTTING SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED AFTER THE TAKE OVER BUT WE STILL WERE CHARGED FOR. WE HAVE ALSO HAD MAINTENANCE REQUEST PUT IN ON THE WEBSITE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SERVICED SINCE IT WAS PUT IN 5 MONTHS AGO. WE HAVE ALSO NOT BEEN PAID FOR WORK WE WERE HIRED TO DO BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER 6 MONTHS AGO. THEY DID APPLY THE MONEY TO THE RENT AFTER WE DIDN'T PAY & WERE CHARGED A LATE FEE BUT WE ARE STILL OWED FOR OTHER WORK THAT WAS DONE & HAVE ASKED THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO HAVE THOSE FUNDS APPLIED TO OUR RENT AGAIN SINCE WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR ************ INFORMED US WE WOULD STILL BE GIVEN AN EVICTION NOTICE IF RENT WAS NOT PAID WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DUE DATE EVEN THOUGH IT HAS TAKEN OVER 6 MONTHS TO BE PAID FOR A JOB THEY HIRED US TO DO. WE HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT & SPEAK WITH THE COMPANY DIRECTLY BUT HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER OF THIS COMMUNITY WHO HAS NO CONTROL OVER WHEN WE GET PAID. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL LEAD TO A FOLLOW UP CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES
