    Agreement with the Drain Guys, LLC was to have property restored to previous condition ( inside and outside home) after sewer line installation. The plumber, ******, suggested sod since the job was delayed significantly into winter due to the drain guys unavailability. Top soil washed away unevenly and weeds grew prior to sod installed. Plumber poorly placed sod without leveling out soil or removing weeds. . He refused to fix it properly. An estimate from a landscaper/excavator was $2,000 to have it fixed to original condition. Plumber claiming to remove sod without preparing yard properly after removal. Also, a pipe leaking, wall damaged and lamp post not replaced. The business representative is hostile and unwilling to be accountable to poor job performance per agreement ( verbally, written, and by text) to restore property to original condition after work completion. Ideal situation would be for the Drain guys to take accountability by leveling topsoil, and preparing ground underneath for sod to be successful as not to be handled by an outside landscaper. If not handled to an acceptable level a law suit will be filed to reclaim the cost to restore the lawn to its original condition, pipe fixed, wall restored, lamp post replaced.

It seems you might be expecting compensation or additional work beyond what was stipulated in that agreement, which is not typical. We also want to remind you that threatening our workers with claims of trespassing is not acceptable behavior. Our employees are here to provide a service, and we expect all interactions to remain professional. If you're facing challenges with the condition of your yard post-installation, we encourage you to seek resolution within the terms of our original contract rather than making demands for work that goes outside of that agreement.
