John and his team from Lakeview Custom Homes did a superb job of installing a deck to our home. John was easily accessible to talk with and clear and patient in his explanations. He finished the job in a timely manner and went the extra mile in final touches and clean up. The quality of work was A+. John and his crew were very knowledgable and friendly, serving in unexpected ways. When our hot tub was delivered several men in his work crew immediately, and willingly lent a needed hand to set it in place. Then one of his men graciously and skillfully explained to me how to best use the chemicals for the hot tub. (He had previously worked in that field). I couldn’t have had a better experience with Lakeview Custom Homes and am planning to use them for other home building projects. I highly recommend them to anyone!Lakeview Custom Homes, LLC

Talk about a company that is professional, experienced and approachable, thats exactly what you get with Lakeview Custom Homes, LLC, and MORE! My only regret was that I did not find them soon enough!!!!! The attention to detail, the willingness to explain things that I didnt know or understand, and their patience is more than I ever expected from a building company. Were there delays, of course, but that was to be expected. I was kept apprised of the status of everything and given options if possible. I would want them to build me another house in a heartbeat!! They are reasonably priced for the whole job, or just portions. Everything from a total new build to remodels and special projects.
