    Here is the text in English:---On May 5, 2024, I purchased the annual Starter plan for $264.00 with the intention of requesting the creation of a personalized avatar, as promised by the platform. I followed all the guidelines for creating the avatar, receiving a timeframe of 5 to 10 days for processing and delivery. However, this did not happen. Today marks 15 days since the request, and so far the service has not been provided, nor have I received any feedback regarding the reason for the delay. Given these circumstances, it is not possible to maintain a relationship of trust with the company. Therefore, I request an immediate refund of the amount paid and the definitive cancellation of the plan.

    It looks like you've got the wrong Synthesia.  We are Synthesia LLC based in ******** and provide a piano practice app to our users (available from ********************************** ) for a one-time payment of around $29.

    It sounds like you might be talking about Synthesia **** the ** video avatar company ( ************************************** ) based in *******  Sorry for the confusion.  They popped up just a few years ago and I also regret that they decided to use our name.

    The company informed me that I opened the complaint mistakenly that it should have been directed to another homonymous company in ******, so there is nothing to complain about the company that I wrongly notified, and I am sorry for the mistake. Best regards.
