    On November 1, 2024 I ordered an optishot nova golf simulator from the company based in ********, ********. It took over a month to receive it and after receiving it the setup process, which was not disclosed prior to purchase, was extremely complicated. I had to purchase a special computer, which was not known and cost ****** on sale. Then, it needed to be on a "never sleep" setting so that a technician from ********** could remote access it at his will anytime day or night. A huge violation of my privacy and security which again was never disclossed. Despite all of this I tried numerous times to allow this but to no avail. The needed software was never installed and the simulator was never enabled so that it could be used. The setup process is so complex it is beyond my skill level and this simulator is useless to me. The company provides a 30 day money back guarantee which I have repeatedly applied for. They continue to evade my calls and emails. The company requires a form be emailed to me and filled out and included in the return packaging. Everything is done by email and their 'helpline' is automated and simply instructs you to email them. I have requested this form and they do not send it. This entire process has turned into a nightmare and I am truly frustrated. I have recently read a number of reviews with the same problems, the complex setup, the 'at will' access to your computer day or night, the failed return policy, a helpline that is literally nonexistent. Please assist me in rectifying this situation.

    I ordered their newest NOVA Optishot Golf simulator. After receiving the Nova simulator, I was told that I would have to download a TeamViewer software on my computer and leave it open so their technician could have complete access to my compute in order to properly install the software. This was a concern, as I wasnt aware of this requirement. Of further concern is their technician emailed numerous times to leave my computer open and theyd get it sometime later, without giving me a specific date / time. I tried setting up a time but got no real answer other than, just leave the computer open. I have read of Reddit reviews that many others have experienced this issue and some have decided NOT to order from them, while others were more trusting and allowed their computers to be accessed.
