They came out and replaced my inverter. They didn't set it up right the first time. Now they want to charge me again to do the job they were paid to do in the first place.

    Business Response

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we have a new employee in our service department that made an error. He believed it was another customer named ******* who had a service request in that has an open balance. We have cleared up that misunderstanding. Our operations manager has reached out and left a message for *****************************. We did have a service call back on October 4th of 2023 and the issue was resolved at that time. We do not know if his current issue is the same as a year ago and waiting for him to return a call to the operations manager. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or if you need more details.

    Thank you,

    ***************************, Controller

[A default letter is provided here which indicates  your rejection of the business's response.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

When I called your Mark ****** back all I get is sent to his voice mail.   He has never replied back to me.  I ended up going to a 3rd party to fix a issue that you should of done back in October of 2023.  In the past I have given you many referrals for your work.  No more, after spending $78,000 on a system you would think your service would be a little better.  I guess your company doesn't care about existing customers only new customers.   You will not get anymore referrals from me.  I think your answer about there being a different ******* is a line of ****.

    Regards,
