This material does not hold up as promised. Their adds state will not chip or pealmy patio covering is cracked and pealing in many places. And we have learned this company does not stand by their warranty work. So much for a lifetime warranty.

****************** I apologize you are having problems. As per your agreement you can call us at ************. We have NOT received anything from you up until this review since your last service we took care of in 2021 . We are answering our phones from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday and take pride in customer service. Please call us at your convenience to schedule a service request. Trutech concrete coatings done the floors in our campground shower house. After the install, floors showed stain marks in the coating. Called and owner came out to look at the complaint. We were told that we must of used a harsh chemical to clean the floors. After telling him and showing him what we used, he agreed to repair the areas of the floor. They sent out a crew to repair the area. They left stating that the areas were repaired, which they were not. We would call the owner and let him know about repair, but he is very easily agatated.TruTech Concrete Coatings Inc.

you can call anytime; I am the owner and we have never met in person. I believe you must have me mixed up with one of my associates. I am truly sorry for you feeling that he/she showed agitation. Thant behavior is un acceptable and will not allow my staff show that to our valuable customers. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Sorry for any inconvenience to you and your campground. ************
