    I had two bathroom showers remodeled by WC in 2014 and required multiple trips back to correct poor workmanship on both showers. Excessive caulking was used to fill gaps from poorly fitted panels and fixtures came loose from the wall. Finally, this year one shower drain was leaking and started to stain through into the ceiling below. I sent pictures and questions to WC but never got a response. I ended up cutting out the ceiling to reach the ********** and found WC installed the drain crooked then loaded the fittings up with caulking to stop or slow the leak. Very poor workmanship. I would never recommend WC for any home improvement work.

    My new screen and front entry doors were installed within the ecpected time frame.The installer and sale representatives both have long experience with Window Concepts and I had total confidence that I would be happy with my investment once I placed my order and continue this confidence now that it's installed. Their service policy only reinforces my positive feelings in choosing Window Concepts.
