      We contracted Tittle Brothers to install a new driveway and front porch steps for the amount of $ *********. The permit was issued by **************** on June 9, 2022 The **************** denied the front porch steps twice, because they were pitched wrong. All we are trying to do is resolve this issue that we already payed for in full. The last time I spoke with our sales representative ********************* which was on Oct. 21, 2022 to try to resolve this issue. He said he would get back with us and we haven't heard from him since. We would really appreciate your help in this matter.Thank You ****** & *********************

      Hello. We are aware of the issue needing to be resolved. Someone from our staff should have been in contact sooner and I regret if there wasn;t communication. We were on hold waiting for our *************** to have an opening in their job schedule to address this. It looks like we are able to return Thursday 11/17/22. One of my managers will reach out today to confirm with *************************. I am available if the homeowner wishes to speak with me directly.
