    I sought out service with this company in needs of a new garage door opener, I had three bids and Dons Fecay was the best price. He did come out and install a opener and once I had issues with it being an older model he came back and switched it and apologized for it, since then I have been for months now, since November 2022 I have been in contact with *** in regards to suppling me with an used key pad and the wrong wall switch. Every single time which is randomly whenever he decides to answer me he promises me a date and time for no avail. He keeps lying to me and not showing up, not responding to me and today we had yet another appointment and he bailed on me again I have to keep chasing him and I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from this business owner.. today he lied to me again and said that he did deliver on the goods and that he is simply doing this as a courtesy for me which is not the truth at all. I would not chase a company for a new key pad or wall switch had they kept to their original specifications. I also wanted a quote of a new garage door and Im so grateful that I got to see how he really runs his business and Im lucky I didnt spend another time with such a man/company. This is a total waste of my time and a joke. I have since then purchased a custom garage door from a reputable company for $3k and Im so disappointed that I spent over $550 with ******************* Im disgusted that he had the nerves to get loud with me today and still lie over and over again about delivering my parts.
