    I have been following the **** business since 2017 and I am continually impressed with the way the company has grown, and maintained/increased service level and service lines to its customers. All coaches practice, train and encourage their clients in a safe and effective manner and all offer customized approaches. The challenges are unique and provide a safe environment for learning. 5 stars arent enough!

    Words cannot express how thankful I am to DesB and the whole DBFT team. These challenges and the community she has created are beyond amazing. I have gained so much knowledge from these challenges and can honestly say they have helped me gain so much confidence. I highly recommend DBFT to anyone, whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years, you wont regret it!!

    DBFT has ultimately changed my life. I have been participating in these challenges since 2019 now and I can say that each time they level up and its incredible. From the coaches to the challenges, and the community, it is truly an unmatched experience. These coaches bring ******************* to their clients and they bring a new aspect to every challenge.     The community Des has started, grown and fostered is nothing short of spectacular. The workouts are fun, scalable and adjustable to fit anyone's busy schedule, to work around injuries, or scale up to match your new found strength! If you've been having trouble getting (back) into fitness, need help reaching your goals, or just want to be part of an awesome, supportive community, you've come to the right place!
