At the end of August 2022 my car was sent to Muffler Man to have my radiator hose fixed. After getting my hose fixed I noticed small droplet of coolant coming from under my car. I then informed an employee to come check out the repairs that they claim were done. Per the employee's response he stated it was just residue from pouring the coolant and that my car is fine and if there's any other problems to just bring the car back and the part is covered for a year. A little while after, I drove my car for about 2 to 3 months, and as I was dropping off my brother, my car suddenly stopped. I've gotten my car towed to my dealership ****************** because I later discovered I had some type of warranty coverage. My service advisor from **** got my car in to get diagnosed and my car was still running and I was informed that my radiator hose had a leak, and that I needed a coolant flush and a new serpentine belt because it was saturated in coolant. I told my advisor I didn't want to pay more than I have too, and that I originally got it done by Muffler Man. So I got my car towed back to Muffler Man just so they can fix the radiator hose that had that year warranty on it. When Muffler Man said my car was done, I had it towed back to ****************** so they could do the coolant flush and serpentine belt. When my car arrived my advisor informed me that the radiator hose was in fact still leaking coolant and the car all of a sudden is not running any more. I knew from then on that Muffler Man did not properly do my radiator hose leak the first time. My warranty company at **** can not cover the repaid because they are saying I was driving the car while it was overheating. Which now I am stuck with the invoice of $7,750.00. Leaving me to handle the financial hardship which I can't afford. If Muffler Man would have repaired my radiator hose properly the first time I wouldnt be in the predicament Im in now. I am very upset with Muffle Man.
