I hired this company to do flooring throughout my home then a few weeks later the floor BUBBLED really massive in the livingroom. I called, texted and messaged the owner at least 100 times and he READ my messages but never got back to me even though he GUARANTEED the work. He didn't respond UNTIL I requested a partial refund through Paypal and threatened to *** me rather than to come FIX his work. Now I have to pay $400 to have someone fix it and I'm LIVID!!! If you want crappy work that's not guaranteed like he says then don't work with this company.

I contracted Top to Bottom Construction LLC to replace my roof. Owner sent me a copy of his Insurance Certificate and had me sign a Building Permit application. The roof failed a month after installation, My family room ceiling crashed in, 10' x 12' hole, and my laundry room ceiling crashed in, 5' x 7' hole. Water soaked insulation was all over both rooms, on all my furniture and was cold in the winter. Owner was unable to secure it because of "lack of funds". After 5 days of inaction I filed an insurance claim against the insurance he had given the copy of. Turns out he WAS NOT INSURED!. He had also NOT APPLIED FOR A PERMIT. I had to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. I sent notices to him at FOUR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES. The address on his contract, the address on his website, the address he had registered with LARA ******** licensing, and the address on public records of a house he owns. ALL WERE RETURNED to me undeliverable. I won a default judgement against him in small claims court today for the amount I was out-of-pocket after my insurance paid for the damage. He missed BOTH meetings that were scheduled for the hearing. He was full of excuses all along the way. After the failure and the complete mess I had to live in for weeks, then months to complete repairs, he started to swear at me via text and was incredibly unprofessional. What a nightmare.

This company scammed me out $16,000 to fix my house due to the hail damage that hit ************************, He hardly showed up to work on my house I had to text many times asking him when he planned on working on my house. He also lies to the insurance after they finished my roof which it wasn't complete. I have brown spots where the water came from the roof and he was supposed to replace 2 skylights which he never did. He has my materials and won't give them to me since I bought them. He makes excuses about coming to your house to work on it. He never had a contract made out. Please DO NOT use this contractor he is known for all the damage in the ******* area from what one of his ex coworkers have told me. Let everyone know how much of a scammer that he is when you read many reviews.

Unfortunately *********************** is in a tight spot where his insurance compnay won't pay for replacing is windows only repair. They won't pay for the back portion of his hiuse siding because in the state of ******** it's a no match state. Which means in insurance law code they don't have to pay for it to match. His also in a trailer so the lower skirting area needed to be beefed up with 2 by 4 instead of 1 by 3s as well as osb install if I was going to contunie with a labor warranty on the siding install. I have all the insurance documents my invoice document, text messages ect. Been in business 8 years with 14 thousand pictures of work I've done. And there's no one any where saying I have ever stole there money or ripped them off. Good luck . In ********, the elements of a defamation claim are: a false and defamatory statement concerning the plaintiff; an unprivileged publication to a third party; fault amounting at least to negligence on the part of the publisher; and.

DO NOT use this business. Extremely Unprofessional and does not stand behind the work he or his employees do. He didn't show when he said he would and wouldn't return phones call or texts. Swore and called me names like a baby brat. To bad one star is as low as the review can go.

TL'DR: DO NOT use this business or work with *************Booked with ****** and gave a deposit for the work. Normal. After him having to reschedule more than 5 times, I withdrew from the project as it's been incredible unprofessional and untimely. ****** became very unresponsive and it felt like I had to nag him just to get a response about MY money that I provided to him. He "didn't have money available to refund my deposit" and told me my best bet was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would avoid using ****** and this "business" at all costs. Just incredibly unprofessional and does not seem like a legitimate business or a business that knows how to run properly.*This is not a fake account or fake review - based on the responses I'm seeing from the business in response to other negative reviews. This is just the case and ****** tries to let it slide.*

This customer received a refund already. They also were only rescheduled twice due do my fiance actually passing away. Well as I'm the one who walked away from the job not the other way around. This lady is lie creating slander agaist me in my horrific time of need she clearly has some type of mental illness to attack someone who just lost there love of their life. And to try to break them down even more is just beyond me. Pretty freaking disgusting to be honest and I will seeing her in court

I received a credit from my credit card company after disputing the charge because you wouldn't refund. You didn't have enough money to provide me by refund depot of $1200 and needed to wait to get paid from another job to do so. Not too reliable. You can continue to say I have mental issues - whatever helps you get past your horrible business practices. I gave you more than enough time after the passing of your fiance. At the end of the day, a roof repair just can't wait. Everyone goes through personal issues and I understand that. However, if you can't move forward because of grief, etc, that is understandable. At that point, you need to remove yourself and refund the consumer deposit, which is not what happened. I continue to see more and more reviews on you stating the same thing (Scam, Ghosting, takes your money, etc). That is no coincidence. Unfortunately, this business owner has also been harassing me as well, I had to block his phone number because he continued to call and leave VMs swearing at me and texting me that we would be watching me and has my address.
