This business contacted us in order to get our complaint against ***** resolved. Doug R insured us he would help handle our complaint of defective dishwasher/damaged floor to a fair resolution. Instead, he pressured us to have our dishwasher removed so it could be sent to whirlpool to be analyzed. In addition, he hired a local contractor to come to our house and look at flooring damage and subfloor damage. Doug was paid by whirlpool and he in turn, paid Cory to analyze our floor damage. Currently, whirlpool has stated they never received dishwasher and Doug from this company PCI will not send us report of what was determined to be significant damage to floor, subfloor and basement wood beams. He has been paid and is not following through with what he had promised us (and I have multiple emails stating this promise). Please be aware of this scheme enacted by whirlpool and on to PCI and others. He is not holding up his promise to finalize our long, painful process of not being treated fairly. Now, whirlpool states they can’t be held accountable for our damage and both Doug and Cory have been reimbursed for their shady “work “. This company should definitely be held accountable for not delivering our dishwasher to whirlpool and never submitting report of damage (as verbally stated by his hire Cory) back to us, as promised.

There are many statements in the above complaint that are not true.

Most importantly, Whirlpool contacted the ***** and informed them they needed the machine to provide non-destructive testing. The ***** simply returned the machine to their retailer with no instructions to return to Whirlpool. Whirlpool originally sent out a technician who could not recreate the problem. There is no machine to be tested as the retailer resold the machine after they inspected (so they also could not recreate the problem). As a result of the above, Whirlpool denied their claim. They have the option to turn this claim into their homeowner's insurance and it would be covered but they refuse to do so. The BBB is their 3rd different agency they have reached out to. We have responded to the first two (including the Michigan Attorney General's office and our answers were sufficient to both of them.
