Sent an email a few seconds after purchase asking for a refund. Website stated in the receipt a refund could be given, yet I have contacted them 4 times by email and 2 times with phone calls. Nothing has been done even though they said they would.

We have no record of an email from this parent.  Our reciepts do not say that we offer refunds.  Here is a link to our policies and proceedures.  These are not only aviable via our public website but they are emailed out when a parent registers for our programs. ****************************************************

This is a cheerleading program for little girls. The college age coach had young children (middle school age) supervising stunts for 4-6 year olds. Our 5 year old fractured her finger during a practice. No adult even seems to know about it. She came out of practice e with a swollen figure saying another child helped her with a routine and she got hurt. The next day x-ray revealed a fracture. No adult supervision, no adult even told us she was injured. Clearly this lack of supervision is dangerous! I pulled my children repeated to this and many other issues of policies not being followed. And received no refund for classes paid for in advance.

I spoke with all three adult staff members at our ****** location, they did verify that they do allow middle and/or high school experienced cheerleaders to help them in classes (this is common with CFA coaches).  There is always an adult head coach and assistant in the classroom during instruction and one outside the classroom handling check in.  Junior Coaches (underage volunteers) are never and have never been alone without adult supervision with the team.  None of our staff members are aware of any injuries in recent weeks.  There was no complaint of pain from any cheerleaders in this teams practice, no crying or yelling of any kind.  There was nothing that happened during this practice to trigger us to check for injuries, no falls or anything of that nature.  Did you report the swollen finger to the class secretary that night or let anyone else know about this when you came back for your older daughter's class? I want to make sure the proper steps were taken when reporting injury by our staff.

It appears that 11/14/2023 was the last class your girls attended. I was provided with an email thread between you and our Indiana Director, Cobie.  The original email came into our online system at 10:45pm on November 14 and the conversation continued throughout the day on the 15th.  Throughout multiple email exchanges there was no mention of any injury or safety concerns. The majority of the 9-page dialog was about your frustration with the coach not advancing your child to a higher-level team while advancing others with similar skill levels.

Your coaches have voiced that they are very sad that the girls will not be returning and that the girls seemed like they really enjoyed the program.  We hope you reconsider as your older child has been with us for 3 years! We do understand that this may no longer be the program for you, and we are happy to refund you for any practices you have paid for but not attended.  The refund will go on the card that was used to make the original payment and you will see it in your account within a week.

Your complaints have been filed in the coachs file.  The coach has been addressed and we will have management do a surprise visit to this location.  Thank you for making us aware of your concern.

I am rejecting this response.  I actually would have been happy to accept the response from the professional individual communicated with me in the messages here.  However, this report I made was forwarded to the unprofessional coach referenced above and her motherwho shared in on social media and spent days messaging me.  I am appalled by this lack of professionalism because a consumer complaims and shares their own experience, as far as I know this is not illegalhowever, I received messages stating it was.  There clearly is no resolution given this coaches response, therefore I expect no further action.

    Sincerely,

I disenrolled my daughter after the first class because the company advertises that they teach cheer fundamentals. However in the class all they did was teach them to lift a girl for a competition routine and they discussed competition info, its not an actual class for cheer fundamentals. I paid for four classes and would like a refund for the 3 other classes I paid for $27. I tried to reach out and received a response. But nothing since asking for a refund.

To request refunds please email *******************************.  When emailing please provide us with your child's name, your name, the last 4 digits of the card used to pay and the class location.  We will send someone from our management team out to the class location this season to make sure the cheerleaders are learning fundamentals as well as prepping for competition/performances.  Our program is designed so that both can be done.  Thank you for reaching out!
