    Nightmare experience. Do not believe them if they tell you it is safe to stay in the house during remediation. My mother is still suffering from breathing in the mold.They told me that they could set me up with everyone that I needed for the whole project, from remediation to completion. They said they would manage it all. They fired 2 or 3 of their own project managers throughout my renovation. My flooring lady that they set me up with did not show up when she said she would, then cussed my mother out.The contractor never came back to finish.There are chips and scratches all over my floors and cabinets.The project was expected to *********** months because supplies were hard to get. It was 13 months before I had a "finished" kitchen. I use quotes on "finished" because the cabinet doors were not put on properly and are crooked and the countertop was never sealed down properly.After telling me that they would waive my $1000 deductible and pay me back for supplies that I purchased, I was stuck with roughly $1200 out of my pocket, which they refused to pay back.
