Great business. Hardworking employees. Their products and procedures work very well. They are reliable and keep good communication after applications.The big problem I have is this. For the money paid, the moles got under control quickly. But this business kept sending people to work on the moles even when there was zero mole activity. They had a schedule theyd keep whether they were needed or not. Then my allotted visits ran out and time lapsed, and the moles began to return but Id have to purchase a whole new treatment plan to finish this season. I paid far less at a national company for mole control for the season. My goal was to support local businesses but this did not work well for us.Tuff Turf LLC

We service thousands of properties for moles every season and in order for us to maintain consistency across the board we need a system that allows efficiency and continuity. We have 8, 15, and 20 visit programs and we make sure that all of our customers understand how they work, where we come out every 10-14 days to check and reset mole traps as needed. We don't stop and start a program intermittently throughout a season. We definitely know that our program works as we trap well over 5000 moles annually. It's a much more laborious system than what our competitors do, in just throwing down some mole worms in the ground, never knowing if they worked or if the mole just moved on. We do understand your issue but the system we have in place was created over time with all issues being considered. 1 starI had this service for 5 or more years and over that time, I had landscape damage, burrowing, and grass damage due to vole activity. I still have dead plantings that need to be pulled but have not due to fear of destruction again. I trusted Mole Busters to protect my property. This year, when I reported vole activity based on my visual confirmation of seeing a vole, I called them and they wanted payment for additional treatments, so I agreed to pay for more treatments. The person who came to treat my property reported seeing a ground squirrel but not a mole/vole even after I pointed them to the ****** near my retaining wall/AC unit. Mole Busters proceeded to try and sell me more services to live trap the squirrel. I then saw the vole again near my AC unit where I originally reported the sighting. I discovered that hunting moles is not a job you can do well yourself. You need TTMB’s ability to attack those pests on a large scale with a multi faceted plan - traps, bait and close air support. OK, so no tactical bombing but you get the idea. They are tenacious and your lawn will look better.Tuff Turf LLC
