    Michelle has been a fantastic coach to help me level up not just my professional life but also my personal life. The tools and skills she teaches are science-based and are things you can take with you into any area of life. The changes I've seen in my life are transformation. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for accountability and that extra help needed to get out of your own way and become the person you were created to be.

She presented science-based information in a fun and engaging way, which helped us process and remember what we learned. IT folks are often natural introverts, sometimes skeptical, but are still talking about the ideas she shared and the ways we can each make small daily adjustments to our thinking which leads to BIG changes in our well-being.
