5 starsI recently had the pleasure of working with Matt I from Schultz Services / Green Earth Remediation for a Radon Service Call/Repair at my residence on 07/26/2024, and I can confidently say that he provided the best customer service experience I have ever encountered in any business. Matt exemplifies everything excellent customer service should be friendly, respectful, patient, and highly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, Matt treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone like me who is not well-versed in radon-related matters. His ability to convey complex information clearly and patiently was incredibly reassuring. It allowed me to feel informed and comfortable with the steps he was taking to address the issue. One of the aspects that truly sets Matt apart is his integrity. In my experience, the industry often suffers from contractors who overcharge or upsell unnecessary services.
