    I placed an order at this store with ******, Reference #*****, I paid $36.83 upfront and she stated it could be two weeks before I received my order. Two weeks went by I called yesterday Friday 5-19-23 and another employee stated that they should be here tomorrow or Monday, possibly later. They called me today and stated my order was in. I picked it up & they were not the uniform pants I ordered. I think they just grabbed what was in the store & put them in the bag. I called the store to explain & she had to talk to her manager, *****. I went back to the store to take the pants back & she stated, I cant get a refund only a gift certificate to their store! She took the pants but never gave me a refund or a gift certificate & stated for me to-call the store back tomorrow & talk to *****. I want a refund. This is wrong & I rather not do business at this store. Very poor customer service & besides I have nothing to show for my $36.83!
