    Very poor customer experience.I ordered a bottle of their supplements and there was an issue at delivery time and I didnt get the item. The US postal service returned the item to the seller. I contacted them to have the issue solved and they asked me to pay for shipping again which wasnt a problem. Tracking information showed that the item was on its way to them. I asked them to ship me another item and they totally refused saying that they needed to receive the previous one before they can ship it again, which can take nobody knows how long. They were responding to my emails within days of sending it and sometime after a week. I complained about their responses time and they told me that I wasnt a priority; they are prioritizing customer with new orders. Clearly a business that doesnt care about customers. 2 months later I have no products and I paid for shipping again. Be careful with who you purchase from. I wouldve given zero star if I could.

    Customer made an error at the time of ordering and now must endure the process involving the ************* ************** ******* Additionally, customer failed to read our ********************* policy explaining our process in re customers entering "insufficient" or "incorrect" address. OUR POLICY: "To ensure fastest delivery possible, avoid errors and omissions when entering billing and shipping information. Include Apartment or Suite Numbers when applicable and Street Names and Numbers rather than Rural Route Numbers (RFD addresses). Orders that are lost or returned due to customer errors entering shipping address will result in additional charges for reshipment and/or customer will have to repurchase products. Also Expect extended delays in reshipping your order to you when packages are returned to us (RETURNED TO SENDER ) due to customer errors. We will reship your package to you once we actually receive it back at our facility and you have paid reshipping fees." Customer is merely disgruntled and seeks to hurt us by filing a complaint out of anger. "People are generally vindictive." - ***************************
