    This company called me regarding harvesting my white pines and trees on property.They wrote up a business contract and I signed it with the terms they set.12 months from day of signature, $500 down to start and full payment after 14 days after jobs completed or contract ends.Contract #**** was sign on Nov 16, 2022.They were communicating throughout the contract until it was time to pay for the wood they harvested. I keep calling and leaving messages with nothing in return. The estimated total price for the wood was 10K before signing contract. The contract is written with differnt prices for types of wood harvested.So it could even be more. They guaranteed me they will count each tree and type, plus submit total counts on final payment.I will attach the contract before I signed it, because the wanted my Social Security number for taxes purposes.

    K&K solicited me to cut pines trees off my property. I entered into an agreement with them for them to cut the trees and harvest the timber. I was promised the property would be accessible by Atv/utv after harvesting and that no tall stumps would be remaining. Also promised no other trees besides pines would be cut along with no large trees remaining down after cutting.And promised theyd clean up after the job where the equipment had been stored and timber stacked. Also promised was a path being cleared to a deer hunting blind.The only thing that KnK did was cut trees, leave a giant mess along with tall stumps everywhere and pack up and leave.
