5 starsWe've used Montell several times and they've been easy and professional to work with. We've had new roof installed on our previous home and most recently had a pool deck installed. Both projects went smoothly and were done in a timely manner. Our sales representative ********** was great. ********'s communication was excellent and her and her crew did a great job on the deck.Review fromJason C

5 starsMontell is the most professional company I have ever worked with.
We had them remove our old deck and install a new one and can't be happier.
I especially want to thank Mathew, Jesus and Michael for the hard work and excellent job they did.

We agreed to have my lakeside deck completed by Memorial Day. I was assured the appropriate permit would be obtained from the township and my deposit was paid 3 months ago. The lumber and materials have been sitting in my yard for over 3 months and no deck. Apparently there needed to be some changes made to the configuration of the deck to be compliant and be where I wanted it to be. I was told they would work with the zoning supervisor and get back to me multiple times. I don't get any phone calls returned and will be pursuing gettng my deposit back and the materials removed from my yard.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

As you know *****, we designed and permitted the project to be as close to the water as possible. Unfortunately, the building department will not allow you to be literally on the beach. We simply need your blessing to finish the job where it's been started already, or we can pick up our materials in the next 48 hours and issue you a full refund of your deposit.
