    I asked about a 2nd parcel and got an affirmative that what I wanted would be done. Had to call and ask what was going on since they hadn't come yet in over a month. Suddenly they could come the next day. Didn't show up when they said they would so i couldn't be there bc I had to work and couldn't just take the whole day off. Told me nothing. Didn't mark the 2nd parcel. Now they tell me I have to go through the city. City says I need a survey. So now I have a survey of my property line with an image they gave me that I had already found for free online. No 2nd parcel surveyed so i have to pay for another surveyer to do what i asked for in the place. Even if I was asking for more than just a basic survey, they didn't tell me when I asked them about it. Waste of months of my time, $1,300.00 of my precious dollars and didn't get what I wanted.

    Was suppose to receive actual mailed copy of surveys, never did even after I called advising never received. Survey itself seemed fine as far as I could tell. Could never find back property stakes.

    Hi ******,If you did not receive them in the mail, I could hand deliver a set to you. I have had some trouble with clients not receiving surveys. I might be able to show you where the corners are when I deliver the surveys to you. If you could call so we can set up a time, that would be great. The number I have on file for you is not working.
