Paid a deposit, they did not show up on the day they scheduled, and are not responding to calls and voicemails.

We had to remove a 50+ year old maple precariously over a part of our house and electric service and eight 50+ year old blue spruces with diseases that had grown up in a difficult to reach area of out back yard, as we had a septic system to avoid and they only a narrow 6ft path for access. We also had a deadline for them as we were leaving in 30 days for 3-4 months away. They arrived and. Imported the work on time, and were nothing short of OUTSTANDING in every way. They did a total cleanup and an excellent job of it, and one could hardly notice they were here, in spite of the heavy equipment needed for the job (they put down protective mats and sheets of pmywood wherever they beeddd the equipment. Also, they have very reasonable pricing.Again, outstanding work, by very personable people - I could not recommend them more highly.

***** does not respond to emails. I'm trying to reach him concerning some incomplete tree trimming along a property line, but he's not responding.

After given an estimate and was told they were 3 to 4 weeks booked out, I sent them the requested $126.00 on 8-15-22. They cashed it on the 22nd. After four weeks went by, I called to ask if I had a date of service yet. ***** told his secretary to tell me Friday, the 30th at 9a.m. I got the day off from work, made sure I made extra coffee, got bottled water in a cooler for them, had my sprinklers marked, and vehicles moved, and by 10a.m. they had not arrived yet. So, I called the office and was told he went to **********. Nice. He was supposed to be at my house. I was then re-scheduled for the following Friday, October the 7th same time. Same routine again, with all the preparations and another day off from work and another no show. How can someone do this to a person, let alone twice.!? I drove right out to his house and got my money back. This person has a lot to learn!!!
