    This place is horrible. I currently reside here and I can not wait to move out of here. I moved in may of 2020. It seems like with all the raising the rent and going up on everything, its only gotten worse. Yet Im coming out of more money every month. They went up on my rent $230! I was paying $715 and now Im paying $930 for the same one bedroom. They informed me $60 days before my lease was supposed to be up this past may. Which I had originally planned on renewing my lease anyway just because I wasnt ready to pack up and move just yet. But once they informed of the raising the rent, I then decided to go ahead and try to find another apartment because I didnt feel these apartments are worth staying here for that price. Even with the renovations they did in other apartments. Management is horrible. And maintenance isnt much better. I do not recommend moving here at all. The location and layouts of these apartments are nice but other than that I have to give them 1 star and if I could give them 0 stars I wouldve done so. I have to call the office or make a maintenance request every other day or week it seems like since Ive been living here. Its honestly not worth the headache living here. I was pretty much forced into going ahead and renewing my lease another year due to me not being able to find any availability in such short notice. Raising rent is something youre supposed to implement in the beginning of the year and not 60 days before someones lease is due to expire.. Which I feel they did intentionally, seeing they no one wants to rub and have to move anywhere. I am honestly fed up with this place the roads are horrible apartment complex is full of potholes at that so I dont know where this extra money Im coming out of every month is actually going. They are jut all about the money here and dont care about the needs of the tenants. I can not wait to move!!!! Beware of this place!
