    Order ***** My wife purchased some lights from the company 11/22 and upon installing the lights do not work as advertised. I reached out to seller and have gotten the run around about getting a replacement. This company is not worth wasting my time any longer and have offered numerous times to return the defective lights on my dime and to be refunded. Ive disputed with our credit company since they are not handling this warranty issue in a timely manner.

    On 6-24-22 I ordered a Spoiler for my car with Next-Gen Speed. After several days **** the Salesman assured me the part would fit my car. It was also understood that the part would be installed upon my return from sea. I am a Coast Guard Captain. This was agreed upon from the beginning.On 8-3-22 I made an appointment with ****** at Elite Customs **************. During the installation ****** took me out to the shop showing me that the wholes were off on the Spoiler and it would not fit my car. Frustration is an understatement. I called Next-gen Speed and spoke with *********** he said no problem and he would call me the next day. No one called. The next day the 5th of August i called Next-gen Speed and spoke with ****. He stated to me he would call me by the end of the day with a shipping Label. He never called.Despite several emails and phone calls Next-Gen Speed is not communicating with me. The Part they sold me does not fit my car. At this point all i want is the shipping Label and my money back for a part that does not fit my car. The Part costs was $341.98
