      The estimator needs to have a better idea about timing. I was promised that they would call me on Monday and I was expect for that call. They didnt call me, and I had to call on Wednesday to get help. They were very apologetic and took care of me after I called. In terms of the day of job, the crew did a great job. ***** was communicating with me really well and the crew leader was also making sure everything was done right. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

      We had an emergency situation with our roof 2 weeks after purchase, called Victors. Estimate process went smoothly but then it all went south. The consultant explicitly told us that what the quote was for, would be the price. If any additional material was needed, there would be no additional cost. (Keep that in mind while you read on) While replacing our roof, their worker(s) stepped through our ceiling in two spots. Did not inform us of it - we discovered it ourselves. Initially calling about the situation, their phone representative laughed about it. Unprofessional! It took them a month to come out and fix the damages. In the process of it we got the run around about it, ghosted by our consultant and charged for extra boards not quoted in the estimate. When we addressed the additional charges - explaining what we were told by the consultant - they took $150 off the $375 - WOW. To top it all off we discovered we had been GROSSLY overcharged for the work by double the cost. 9 grand for a small section of a roof that anyone else would have charged us around 5 grand at most for. (Wish we had known that at the time - we would not have used their services)We feel that we had been taken advantage of at a time that we had an emergency situation with little time to address before the season changed and rain/snow fell. Lied to with miss information from the consultant and sucker punched with additional fees as a result. They were more concerned about getting the additional charges than they were repairing the damages to our ceiling. They're staff expressed unprofessionalism by thinking the situation was somehow funny, taking as long as they did to remediate damages they caused and lack of communication about the matter. We DO NOT recommend unless you wanna be taken for a ride in one way or another.

      I am very impressed with Mason and crew who contacted me as soon as they showed up. They were in and out in less than a day! My roof looks beautiful and so does my property. Everything is put back where it was. I would highly recommend them to all! Thank you victors!
