      Victor’s Home Solutions has been a joy to work with! They did some food repairs for me, and are in the midst of replacing a couple of windows. Everything has been so professional and reliable. I particularly want to commmend ****, who spent hours at my home describing the necessary job, and Jose, who was diligent in following up. I recommend the company 100%!

      A horrible experience, a horrible result, and a horrible resolution. This company is lucky I have to give them one star to move forward with a complaint. Everyone from the *********, **** based manager, the numerous managers beneath him, to the supervisor who was at my home (while only playing on his cell phone), to the roofing installers who not only didnt speak a word of English, but who knew nothing about what they were even doing or suppose to do, and down to the lying piece of nothing salesmen who enjoyed every bit of taking advantage of someone who trusted every word they promised. How could I have been so stupid to let this company take advantage of me? My home and shed shingles look awful, they left my yard filled with nails, and old roofing scrap that they tore off scattered throughout my yard. They installed shingles an inch over the edge of my roof, they never sealed the two side ***** vents that they said HAD to be sealed for proper ventilation for the new roof, shingles were not all nailed down properly, bumpy/wavy shingles blamed on the cold temperatures that day, improper placement of shingles over additions to my home that left many open gaps. My shed was never completed properly, and I was told they knew nothing about my shed needing new shingles, and that was there excuse for doing it wrong because they felt rushed. Victors Solutions makes me sick and angry. They lied about almost everything, did a horrible job on my roof and shed, and have the worst communication and reliability that I have ever experienced as a homeowner from anyone who I believed I could count on to do a job as they promised. I took as many pictures during and afterwards of the horrible work they did, I spent countless hours of frustrating phone calls to try and get this resolved. The lack of communication between the salesman, the supervisor, the many managers, to the main manager in ********* was sickening to me.
