    Allergic breakout to their product; reported it; waited for response; months later told I should have had a dr note to cancel. Im still paying a monthly fee of ***** that I cannot use

    I've been a member of massage envy (out of *********) for almost 9 or 10 years now. I've gone to them in 4 states and I've never had a bad experience at ANY location other than this one and ************. Now, I've scheduled with the Canton location A LOT and I've had more negative experiences with that, than positive. They cancel on me nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME. This used to be a business that genuinely provided value in my life. Now I'm just paying for a service I can't even use because they constantly cancel on me. Not only is it a COMPLETE disrespect and waste of MY TIME, it's a waste of my money! If I could give anyone advice it would be to stay far away from massage envy on this side of ********.
