    We hired **** to replace my grandmothers garage roof with a simple steel roof, which he said he was qualified to do. **** and his team were incredibly slow and unreliable. He pushed the idea of these skylights on us and we eventually agreed to let him put them in because he offered to do it free of cost. Come to find out he pushed this idea so hard because he miss measured the length required to properly do the roof. These skylights were a disaster from the start and leaked immediately. **** was incredibly slow to respond and did not fix them correctly. He was still short on his measurements of the tin and the tin pieces did not go under the ridge cap as per industry standards. ***** fix to these leaking skylights are noted in the picture as ****s finished product he used poly for a ***** wall and expected that to be okay to use on the roof, which it is not. We are incredibly disappointed with his performance and the product we received. After **** showed us his finished product we told him to stop all work, his services are no longer required. After that it still took 2 weeks for him to remove the debris from this project which was in the contract. He also brought his large dog to the job site without permission and it ran at my grandma, putting her in danger of dog attack or a fall, after she broke her ankle 5 months ago. As seen in the one picture **** or one of his employees stepped on our work bench and broke through the top of it, when asked about this **** said its old and thats why it collapsed. All of the pictures in the garage of the water all leaked in with his new roof installed. **** does subpar work at a premium price. After **** was completed with the roof it leaks more than it did before he started this project. We had to hire another contractor to come in and completely re do this roof from top to bottom. With all new material and do it correctly to industry standards. So we are out all the money that was paid to ****.
