  Cost me over 4k when they were done.Had to put in a drain after driveway was asphalted, seal coat washed away next day,Hired somebody else to redo it only cost 25% of what they were going to charge

  Drive was graded for water to run to a certain area. Entire property is in a low lying area and after drive way paved customer decided he wanted water to disperse to a larger area. We told customer we would come back to fill in the area where he had the tile installed and fill at no charge, which we did. When it was time to seal we contacted the customer to schedule. The day we scheduled, it rained within 24 hours after sealcoating. The customer contacted us to let us know there were areas that had washed. The driveway is in a heavily wooded area and due to this and the time of year the work was completed, which was September we felt is best to wait until spring **** to redo the sealer. Due to the time of year, location of the drive and the fact that leaves were already falling we felt it best to wait as drying times would take longer. Now that the customer has has work completed on his driveway by someone other than us, his contract with Yeager Asphalt is now void

  Their guarantee dont mean a thing. Every excuse to not repair cracks in 2 year old driveway. Employee that came out made every excuse to not repair cracks. Disappointed in service. Check around and get a company that cares about customers with good warranty work.

  Upon review of the customer account and speaking with our sales representative who just revisited the site and spoke with the customer regarding his concerns it is clear that the areas in question are not caused by workmanship.  The driveway was installed in 2020 and has had no additional maintenance work completed by Yeager Asphalt.  The 2 areas of the drive the customer is concerned about have large trees about 3 feet from the drive and it is clearly evident roots are causing some cracks to appear.  Unfortunately with our weather of freezing and thawing the tree roots so close do not help the drive with some minor cracking.  We did suggest we could saw cut those areas and patch but again with the trees still in place, he would again eventually have these same issues.  We do strive for customer satisfaction however, I'm not sure what more the customer is looking for at this point, it has now been almost 3 years.

  Received a quote for my driveway to be redone. Contract had box checked for repaving, along with dollar amount. Also had box checked for resealing after 6 weeks, along with a 0 dollar amount. When called to come do the reseal, they told my mother that it would be $375.00. She went ahead and scheduled the reseal & told the clerk that she would have to look at original contract. They came to do the reseal & the worker gave her a bill, she showed him the ************* said she didn't owe ************** was all set. While doing the reseal **** called and said there would be a charge , she disagreed. He hung up & called the guy resealing & told him to stop. Luckily he was done & again said she shouldn't have to pay. She has received 2 harassing calls from ****, along with 2 invoices to be paid. He said he only put the zero in the box because he was going to negotiate with her later??? I talked to the owner today & he said the zero was a mistake. two conflicting stories?? Also, the driveway work was pretty poor. Just a heads up. Not sure if it's because my mother is 81 & legally blind, that they pulled this.
