  I have had this service for many years. I have never had any issues.Left a great deal of trash, more than my usual. I called ahead to warn them. Everything was picked up and area was left clean.Thank you for your service.

  Very reasonable family owned business. We have had them for over 5 years. They're very dependable and if you call in the evening will almost always answer the phone if you have questions or concerns. Holidays are always a day late pick up for ** since we have Friday pick up. Thank you A to Z for great service!

  DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We tried so hard to support the more small town company..eventually after two years of complete disrespect and over charge I finally lost it. They've straight just not picked our trash up, spilled trash in our yard, never answered and finally when I got to talk to someone after calling about 20 times in a row I had the absolute worst costumer service. Apparently one of their dump trucks were broken so they had to take pick up trucks and pick the trash out..a bag with cat litter was spilled all over my yard and with the nastiest tone of voice I was told I shouldn't make my trash so heavy. Then after our argument and telling them I'm canceling once our bill was done they took the trash can and I called repeatedly and eventually left a very demanding voicemail stating either you refund our money or bring a trash can back..which they did bring a trash can back but again never called back. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I never try to go out of my way to be mean or disrespectful but they truly are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Also I looked around for a new trash service and found so many that a way cheaper! Again do not waist your time, energy, or money on this company

  Spontaneously will pick up trash when it's convenient for them, when it's supposed to be weekly (on Friday morning) . When they do come they don't usually take all the trash or push trash off to the side of their container. Wish I could post a pic of their poor service for others to see because it is the complete opposite from their 4? review left by "connie a". Will be getting actual trash service through a non horrible company asap.

  pleased with service and A to Z staff people respectful and good at their jobs here every week if something falls from trash they pick up and leave area clean. thank you.

  We didnt have our trash picked up, so we called to ask when they were coming to pick it up. The lady hung up on us & then they came to our house a couple of hours later and took our trash can when we still had a couple of weeks left of service that we had paid for. Luckily, we were able to get trash service cheaper else where. Wish we would have listened to other bad reviews of this place.
