  - paid $375.00 (barn tear down and house painting)to the company via Venmo to what I was told was the companies Venmo, the owner claims to have never received it. That $375.00 according the employee I was in contact with got the painting job done. I was told on several occasions it was complete but it actually wasnt and when called out on it they asked for more money. - after asking about the barn I was told it was being worked on but they needed more money to finish that as well because the jackhammer broke, the cement was supposed to stay so I denied, then I was asked again for more money for a chain saw chain for the sawzall, which I also denied - fast forward, I got the owner involved and she stated that she didnt get the money and she would complete the job for $150.00 more. Paid her $100.00 to get out there and the paint was very sloppily applied causing drips along the siding of my home. My home is for sale and they put zero care into painting the front side of the house for me. They didnt take the time to even brush it out, they slopped it on their and send me photos from very far away so I wouldnt be able to tell, then they left without putting any work into my barn after they had guaranteed it would be worked on today. Had my realtor go out and she sent me the actual up close shots with the poor paint job.- attached is just some of my conversation with them I have the entirety of the texts from the very beginning still on my phone

  Her reports on ** are wrong. We told her we lived a distance and would need gas to get the job done. We reported what we ourselves were being told by workers. A problem we have sense resolved. She was very unflexible and we were expected to work in the rain and snow. If it was at all messy it's because she expected it done a day it was rainy. On top of it all she was very rude to a co-owner. We in no way were unreasonable, fake, or fraudulent about our work. The garage stayed because at that point she had let us go. She was very much a stressful, unkind, and unreasonable person to work for.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  The paint job shown in the pictures above was done on a sunny day, I have proof in the pictures and texts that state it was not and would not be done on a rainy day. I understand the barn was not done because I let you go, thats because I was told it would be worked on on several occasions and nothing was completed. I was more than fair when I was completely scammed by one of your employees and trusted you would still get the job done. I just hope nobody else uses this company. I was not angry until the job was done very unprofessionally. I dont expect anything to be done about my situation they have disrespectfully blocked me so I couldnt try to resolve it anyway. Just hope nobody else goes through this with them. Its all a joke and they have taken my money with a very awful paint job to show for it.
